POOL INFORMATION
The pool will be open for public use from 12 pm to 7 pm on weekends only from Memorial Day weekend through mid June and late August through Labor Day (when Kent County Public Schools are in session). The pool will be open daily from 12 pm until 7 pm during the summer months when Kent County Public Schools are not in session. Aquatic cross training is a low impact class designed to stretch and strengthen all of your body's muscles as well as cardiovascular system. By using foam pool noodles and the natural resistance of water, we can help you build muscles, lose weight, and gain overall body development.

MORE POOL INFORMATION
The 13' deep pool is the largest pool of its kind on the Eastern Shore at 285,000 gallons. There are 12 lap lanes with availability of six open at one time, a tube slide in the deep end, as well as a two person slide in the shallow end. The shallow end features tumble buckets and a zero depth entry zone with floor bubblers and "beach wash" water jets. There is also a separate wading pool for small children with a crab slide that squirts water from the top. A swimming pool wheelchair is available for individuals with limited mobility to enjoy the benefits of being in the pool, whether it is for play or to engage in rehabilitation exercises.

Exclusive Rentals require a two hour minimum (fees includes lifeguards) and must be outside of normal operating hours (excludes vendor agreements).

CHECK OUT BAREFOOT'N BBQ'N CONCESSION STAND!!
The Community Center features an independently run concession stand. BAREFOOT'N BBQ'N is open for business and ready to serve you from April through October (weather permitting). In addition to offering patrons a variety of reasonably priced daily menu items such as chili dogs, burgers, mozzarella sticks, and french fries. BAREFOOT'N BBQ'N will also offer menu items such as pit beef and ham, half chickens, and half racks of ribs during special events. Hours of operation are generally noon until 7 pm at the Community Center pool and some weekday evening hours at Worton Park, weather permitting.
Thinking about having a *private/group pool party at the Community Center pool? BAREFOOT'N BBQ'N offers discounted private catering for events of all sizes. Pre-arranged *group parties are permitted to bring cake and ice cream inside the pool gates for scheduled events. Food and drink packages must be arranged directly through the concession stand to secure use of the “party zone” in the designated grass area.
