Join the Silver Sneakers Walking Club and take strides toward better health! This fun and social walking group is perfect for seniors looking to stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy the beauty of Worton Park. Whether you're just starting or an experienced walker, our program is welcome for all fitness levels. Participants will meet outside of the Kent County Community Center before departing on a walk through Worton Park (during inclement weather, the group has the option to walk laps indoors at the Community Center). Participants will need a Facility Access Card to walk laps indoors (available for $8 per year for ages 55+).

Sweat It Out, We've Got the Kids!
FitFam Playtime is a childcare program designed to keep your little ones entertained and active while you focus on your fitness goals at the Community Center. Whether you're hitting the gym, shooting hoops, or going for a run, your kids will enjoy a safe, fun-filled environment where they can play learn, and stay active. Drop-in program, no registration required. Parents must remain onsite.
